The opportunity
The selected candidate will:

• Leads the delivery of solution or infrastructure development services for a small to medium sized project, using strong technical capabilities
• Designs, develops and oversees the maintenance of solutions or infrastructure deliverables, driving team compliance with the relevant standards
• Fully understands user requirements and translates requirements into design specifications, reviewing the work of others for technical details

Your key responsibilities

• Customer orientation with a strong focus on quality
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications built on SAP technologies.
• Presentation to clients or other decision makers
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.

Skills and attributes for success

• Demonstrating a proven record of success to understand client key business goals and translate those to SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing);
• Demonstrating a proven record of success in establishing measurable criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs;
• Demonstrating proven thorough knowledge and understanding of using SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing) Solution Components such as Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI) and Contract Accounting (FI-CA) and Revenue Account Reporting (RAR) based solutions with demonstrated proficiency.
• Possessing consulting knowledge with significant experience assisting clients in the implementation and support of SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing) solutions and improving business processes;
• Possessing experience in delivering SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing) solutions using SAP Activate / Agile / Hybrid-Agile methodology framework;
• Demonstrating a proven record of success and thorough knowledge of the SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing) solution leading or assisting with technical development efforts and off-shore development resources;
• Designing, implementing and supporting business processes in an SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing) solution environment; and,
• Designing, building, testing and deploying the SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing) solution components required for successful SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing) solutions, including integration to SAP and non-SAP systems.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA with an aggregate score of 70% or above from IIT/NIT/any tier 1 Institute preferred
• 8+ years' experience in Core in SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, S/4HANA Cloud, CC, CM and CRM

Ideally, you'll also have

• Strong analytical capabilities and logical skills, Solution designing experience is a must.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Good understanding of agile methodology and scrum processes.
