Job Description:
-Provide course information to walk in/email/phone call/wechat enquiries in a professional manner, and reach quarterly student enrolment target
-Follow up new leads generated from marketing activities, seminars and promotions via phone call, text message, email and wechat
-Update new leads follow up status and enrolled students information in CRM system
-Work closely with mentor team to address and meet students and parents' academic requests
-Manage and support students and parents daily requests (e.g. class material, homework assignment, teacher class feedback etc)
-Corporate with Marketing Team to post on RL social media platform such as wechat & Red, generate content and do regular post to generate leads
-Help with operating and organizing marketing online and onsite events
-Termly student and parents feedback collection
-Report to sales manager regarding sales target completion progress
Requirement:
-At least 1 year of sales experience (online and face to face), experience in education industry would be an advantage
-Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese in professional oral communication and writing
-Working during weekends is available (you can take two days off during weekdays), accessible location to Box Hill VIC
-You need to be strong in time management,problem solving and prioritization, and be always actively looking for ways to enhance your working efficiency
-You need to be a great team player to work with different departments
-Proficient in Microsoft suite and Google Suite, experience in xero, mindbody would be an advantage
-Proficient in graphic design and video editing skills
Renumeration:50-55k base salary+super
