As an Entry Level Administration & Supply Chain Officer, you will join our friendly team located in Melbourne’s South-eastern Suburbs. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including providing comprehensive administrative support for import operations, customer order fulfilment, and associated processes. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional internal and external customer service by handling tasks such as responding to calls, managing stock inventory, and collaborating with suppliers and vendors. The role includes but is not limited to:
- Handling customer inquiries and providing outstanding service
- Coordinating logistics operations to ensure efficient processes
- Drafting professional emails and letters for effective communication
- Maintaining accurate documentation for easy reference
- Performing data entry and efficiently processing orders
- Contributing to miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
- Managing HACCP, Food Safety, and SQF documentation
- Playing an active role in fostering a positive team environment
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- Strong organisational skills to manage various tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level)
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Word and Outlook for efficient communication
- Excellent time management abilities
- Supply chain experience is highly regarded
- Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese languages (a significant advantage) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
LOCATION…
South-eastern Suburb of Melbourne, City of Greater Dandenong LGA (Own transport highly preferred)
WORKING HOUR…Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm (with Flexible Options)
WORK FLEXIBILITY…Full onsite presence is required.
START FROM…March to April 2024
ANNUAL SALARY…$60,000-$70,000/year + Super
