Your New Role:
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual fluent in both English & Cantonese to join a dynamic Payment Processing team. No prior banking experience is necessary as you will receive comprehensive training for the role.
Your Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Managing and processing domestic and international transactions for Hong Kong corporate clients.
  • Ensuring precision and compliance with established guidelines and regulations.
  • Prioritising and expediting urgent payments, acknowledging the time sensitivity of transactions for key clients.
  • Implementing procedures to streamline the processing of high-priority payments.
  • Proactively liaising with Internal and External Stakeholders through appropriate channels to address outstanding issues, provide updates, and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Conducting essential administrative functions related to Payment operations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of findings, actions taken, and outcomes.
  • Collaborating effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Ability to communicate professionally in Cantonese & English
  • Must be Available to work from 12pm to 8pm (Hong Kong Trading hours).
  • Exposure to banking or finance is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for banking is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Motivated to learn and advance your career.
Note: Successful applicants must commit to 5 weeks of full-time training in the office.
