We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Store and Sales Manager to help drive sales, train the staff, and exceed targets. 

On Offer:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
• Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $70-$75K on offer (negotiable based on experience) plus superannuation and commissions.
• Commissions can be made of up to $500 per week if you hit your KPI’s! 

Responsibilities Include:

• Sales: Utilize your strong sales skills to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Training: Train and mentor the team to enhance their sales abilities and treatment expertise.
• Targets: Set and monitor performance targets, ensuring they are met consistently.
• Management Experience: Bring your minimum of 1 year of management experience to effectively lead and inspire the team.
• Sales Motivation: Thrive in a sales-driven environment, constantly seeking new opportunities to boost revenue.

Requirements:

• Beauty Background: Possess a beauty background to effectively understand and promote the clinic's services.
• Management Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Guideline and Standards: Uphold the clinic's guidelines and standards to maintain exceptional service quality.
