- Client consultations, assessing their areas of concern and devising treatment plans tailored to your client’s goals
- Performing treatments using the newest body shaping technology
- Relationship building with clients, their experience is incredibly important to us
- Achieve KPI targets to ensure your clients receive the service and experience they deserve
- Be a passionate part of a high-performing and energised clinic team
- General clinic duties
SKILLS REQUIRED
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and treatment techniques, staying up-to-date with industry advancements to deliver cutting-edge services to clients.
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear and concise interactions with clients and team members
Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service, understanding and catering to the needs of clients.
Sales: Proven track record in sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, promote services effectively, and achieve sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Backgrounds in health science, beauty, nutrition, nursing, childcare, fitness, and retail are desirable, but not a prerequisite.
Previous experience with sales and/or radio frequency and ultrasound cavitation will be highly favourable. Availability on weekends is a must.
