Locations: Rockingham clinic

Work Days: Monday to Friday. 

Office Hours: range from 8am - 4pm.

We're looking for people who are passionate, bubbly, proactive, driven and committed to providing excellent customer service to our clients. You'll work alongside a fabulous team of Nurses, Doctors, Exercise Scientist / Physiologists and Administration staff.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide high quality, confidential, administrative service to clients.
  • Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically. 
  • Liaise with clients/candidates in a professional and courteous manner. 
  • Liaise with clinical staff and health professionals in a professional manner.
  • Process and complete client/candidate Medical Results in a timely manner.
  • Maintain client/candidate files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Be actively engaged in the success of the KH business and provide solutions and ideas on different processes. 
  • Ad hoc data entry and administrative duties and supporting the Clinic with the day-to-day operations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in reception/administration or within the health sector is desirable.
  • Proficient computer literacy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and assist at other clinics.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Reliable and punctual.
