A fantastic opportunity has become available at our Kalgoorlie clinic for a supportive and motivating administrator. In this role you will be the first point of contact for all our patients and supply them with first class customer service. This is a dynamic and fast-paced clinic!
Medical experience is not mandatory, but you must be willing to learn!
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintaining up to date diary of therapists and opening hours
- Confirm, reschedule, cancel appointments
- Efficient coordination of clinic communications (emails/letters etc)
- Following all procedures and policies
- Ensure adequate levels of supplies
- Maintain general tidiness of clinic and treatment rooms
- Process different types of payments – Cash, EFTPOS, HICAPS, cheques, and issue receipts
- Maintain correct and up to date patient records
About you:
- Availability Monday - Friday, between 8am to 6:00pm
- Effective Communication Skills both verbal and written
- Ethical judgement and decision making skills
- Attitude to take initiative and work in a team
- Dedication and reliability
- Time management
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Proficient in G-Suite (Google Workspace/ Word, Excel, Emails)
