Southern Joinery Lonsdale are a well-established business which operates in a quality and skilled environment and prides itself on exceptional quality and Customer Service.
We are seeking a motivated & enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work to join our friendly team. Working closely with the Owners this position provides administrative support across the business to ensure the effective & smooth running of the day-to-day operations. The hours are flexible around the skills of the individual and it is expected the successful candidate would be working approximately 20 hours per week.
The role requires a team player who can work in a small team environment. Strong attention to detail is required along with a pleasant and professional style. You will have strong organization disciplines and administration and basic accounts experience to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Service is an essential part of the role, including all incoming calls and customer enquiries.
- Provide admin support to facilitate the daily operations of the business and maintaining internal systems.
- Receipting and entering supplier invoices and customer invoicing.
- Weekly Timesheets
- Perform any other related ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by the Owners.
To be considered for the position you will possess:
- Excellent Customer Service skills and a friendly phone manner
- Office Administration experience,
- Microsoft Office and MYOB experience, preferred.
- A strong ability to communicate with others, including written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
- Must be organized, have a high attention to detail and the ability to solve problems.
- Have a relaxed and friendly manner.
- A current driver’s licence.
