The role:
A fantastic opportunity is available for a Clinical Care and Facility Manager at Gummun Place Hostel. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for managing the Clinical Care team and ensuring the delivery of outstanding residential aged care services. - The salary for this position is negotiable based on qualifications and years of experience according to the relevant Award, per 38 hour week.

Our successful candidate will be Qualified under the Aged Care Act 1997 for nomination as Key Personnel and will have management and leadership experience in Aged Care or a similar position. Experience managing staff and supporting teams is also essential, as is the ability to lead and work with a multi-disciplinary team.
