About the role
Casino Community Health have are seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC1) to join their Palliative Care team. This role provides an advanced level of clinical nursing support and advice for newly recruited clinical staff. Working with members of the Palliative Care nursing team across the inpatient and community settings, providing a consultative and liaison focused service aimed at supporting GPs, Community Nurses and the Residential Aged Care Facilities in the assessment, care and management of patients with life limiting illnesses.
