They compassionately inspire and support their elderly to live hopeful, connected lives within their inclusive residential homes.
Due to the national growth of Aged Care, in partnership with Randstad Health & Social Care they are hiring a Clinical Care Coordinator to join this 120 bed residential facility.
What you will receive from your new employer:
- Attractive salary between $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus super
- Internal support and training up-skill with learning hubs and staff specific care training
- Salary packaging up to $15,999
- Supportive and inclusive team culture
- Relocation assistance and temporary accommodation up to 1 month on a case by case basis
- Requiring a minimum of 5 years experience in Aged Care Nursing
- Sound knowledge of after hours coordination
- Covid vaccinated and Influenza
- Australian working rights
- NDIS workers screening clearance (must be applied for at latest prior to starting employment)
- Current police check
- AHPRA registration
