You will provide clinical care and assessments to Carinity HomeCare clients. Your approach to care is holistic taking in accountthe physical, social and spiritual needs of the client and adoptinga problem-solving approach for the planning, delivery andevaluation of care provided.
The role position is at Carinity Fairfield Grange, this facilityis a beautifully designed aged care facility offering all levels ofcare to residents as well as an on-site retirement community. Thismaster planned site is located in Townsville, only walking distanceto cafés, a range of convenience stores and a medicalcentre. Carinity is a smoke free environment.

What do I need in this role?
- Availability to work Monday to Friday various shifts: PM, 14:00 - 21:00.
- Demonstrated clinical skills and recent experience working within Aged Care/Home Care
- Understanding of and ability to manage computer documentation systems and ACFI systems for data entry of information e.g. progress notes
- Understanding Aged Care documentation requirements
