- Government-Compliant Care Management Plans;
- Holistic outcomes driven Care Planning;
- Operation of the Care Planning and other management systems;
- Personal care support; and

Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Aged Care, Management) – Desirable
- Certificate in a specific aged care-related discipline (Dementia care) - Desirable.
- Current First Aid & CPR; and
- Driver's License with a car
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Good understanding of the Government funding environment for aged care (primarily HCP funding)
- Good understanding of individual general assessment

- It is also essential to have good judgment, quick decision-making, excellent communication, staff management, and administrative skills; and
