In this unique leadership role, you will lead and coordinate the services of a multi-disciplinary team, working predominately to support youth and their families in maintaining healthy engagement within their community. You will support the team in day-to-day aspects of their roles, with a focus on participants on-boarding, service delivery, compliance and care coordination.

About You:
Qualification as an Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Psychologist or Nurse with relevant registration
Experience working with mental health, youth and support services (desirable, but not essential)
Have the ability to connect with others naturally and effortlessly
Previous case/leadership management, or a desire to step into this.
Experience is important for this position, but we also believe that the 'right fit' is equally important in that you are able to promote a people-centred leadership, be strategic but also hands-on and team focused.
