Healius Pathology is seeking a Clinical Trials Coordinator to provide frontline communication between Clinical trials organisations, Clinical trial clients and Healius.
Responsibilities:
To manage the processing of samples from Clinical Trial Clients.
Ensure timely reporting and delivery of results.
Respond within set number of business days to requests for Pricing and TAT of tests.
Maintain storage of samples after testing
Retention and retrieval of samples for Clients when required
Maintain compliance with Regulatory Standards
Skills & Experience Required:
Knowledge of the specific requirements of clinical trial referrals
Excellent liaising skills with CRO's and Clinical trial sponsors
High level of attention to details to achieve quality accurate work
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent understanding of core lab operations
A thorough understanding of Clinical Trials is desirable
