With significant local support and a commitment to delivering the same service they are recognised for in their other facilities, the organisation is now seeking an experienced, Clinical Care Coordinator to oversee and manage the clinical care at the site. Reporting directly to the Facility manager and well supported with operational and admin support, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the best possible care is delivered to residents.
The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with proven clinical management experience gained from within the residential aged care sector. In addition outstanding interpersonal and time management skills are essential as sound knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Standards a demonstrated capacity to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
