With ongoing training and support provided, we would like to hear from passionate, dedicated and customer centric Clinical Coordinators interested in working on a Permanent full-time basis. The days required are Monday – Friday (no weekend work!) and the hours are 9am – 5:30pm.

The Heart of the Role:

• Clinical Coordination: manage clinical staff, run clinical team meetings, liaise between the Dentists, Practice Manager, front office staff and the clinical team.
• Dental Assisting: ability to assist with implant surgery, periodontal surgery, and more: ability to train other team members in all procedures
• High-end patient care: building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly and caring manner
• Stock management
• Maintain and implement procedures relating to the clinic
• Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
• Implementing, monitoring and reporting of repairs and maintenance across the practice
• Rostering staff and assisting with training and career progression of the team

What you'll bring:

• Experience in a busy dental practice, ideally as a Clinical Coordinator with dental assistant experience
• Proven record in time management & organisation skills
• Excellent professional bearing, highly developed communication and interpersonal skills: ability to motivate others
• History of staff and clinical management
• A keen eye for detail, great organisation and time management skills as well as an ability to multi-task
• Ability to set an example for others (i.e. punctuality, skills, work ethic)
