Role Purpose This role is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of telehealth and face to face clinics services. In addition, overseeing several local grants and collation of local data to meet contractual reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Reception duties for onsite and telehealth diabetes clinics including but not limited to: Medical referral management Managing patient appointments book Financial management – Medicare claiming, and collection of fee for service and receipt management.
