• Indicative Total Remuneration: $359,094 - $608,425 (Subject to Private Practice Arrangements) MDO2
• Long Term Temporary Contract - Up to 5 years - Full Time Role

As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the provision of strategic clinical leadership and to significantly contribute to the achievement of SALHN's strategic priorities as outlined in the Strategic Directions Map 2019-2024, South Australia's Health Care Plan and SALHN's Service Level Agreement. You will be accountable to the CEO for the Division's overall performance and the quality of clinical services provided by the Division in accordance with SALHN's Service Level Agreement, Integrated Governance and Performance Frameworks and Management Domains and associated performance agreement. You will be a key member of the SALHN Executive Team and represent their Division, provide high level advice that contributes to the Network's service planning and assist in the development/implementation of local and state wide clinical plans while also working with the Centre for Excellence and Innovation, Wellbeing SA and their associated actions.
You will work as part of SALHN's Executive Team to set the standards and cultural tone of the organisation, advocates for the patient care and staff requirements of the Division. The Clinical Director works within the integrated governance and performance frameworks, is accountable for risk management and the delivery of high quality patient and staff outcomes whilst balancing the Division's risks, activity and allocated budget. You will contribute to SALHN's commissioning process, service design/redesign, prioritisation/re prioritisation process to manage high risks and deliver a balanced budget at financial year end within the Integrated Performance Framework.
