Overview
The Executive Assistant provides confidential, high quality Executive level secretarial and administrative support, project coordination and project work to ensure the efficient management and operation of the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (LHN) Mental Health. Position based at Parkside Adelaide.
Key Relationships/ Interactions:
Internal
- The Executive Assistant reports on a day to day basis to the Clinical Director RRMHS and reports operationally to the Administration Manager, RRMHS. The Role will be required to support the MH Executive positions.
- Develops and maintains collaborative and productive working relationships with regional LHNs’ Chief Executive Officers, MH Senior Management; Executive Directors, Directors, Senior Management and Executive Assistants, all members of the multi-disciplinary regional MH service and relevant LHNs.
External
- As required, liaises with Mental Health consumers, members of the public, community organisations, external service providers, contractors, and stakeholders across other government and non-government departments.
