About the Role
The Clinical Education Coordinator will provide educational leadership in the development, coordination, delivery and evaluation of clinical and multidisciplinary courses, workshops and training for both Family Planning Australia clinical staff and external course participants.
The Clinical Education Coordinator will work directly with the Medical Education Officers and Nurse Educators and report planning to the Education Manager. They will liaise with the Family Planning Australia Clinical Services, Education Officer Quality, Instructional Designer and subject matter experts to achieve this goal.
The Clinical Education Coordinator may be required to undertake some weekend and after hours work.
Base Full Time Salary: $95,478

Selection Criteria
Essential
Tertiary qualifications in education, health or related field
Experience in the development and delivery of competency based education programs
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects in line with agreed standards and objectives
Ability to manage competing demands and priorities
Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
High level communication skills (written, oral, liaison, negotiation and presentation)
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Organised with good time management skills
Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to all tasks
Show a high level of computer literacy
Must have full permanent working rights in Australia
Desirable
Knowledge of current reproductive and sexual health issues
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Experience in using a student management system (VETtrak)
Experience in online course development using Moodle or equivalent LMS
Project management skills
Other requirements
A Criminal Record Check and Working With Children Check are required prior to commencement in this role
