There's an exciting opportunity for you to join the Health Contact Centre in the Department of Health as the Clinical Facilitator (CF). You will provide advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning and coordination skills to ensure provision of education and quality services that are aligned to the delivery of safe and quality care as well as service and organisational goals.
This role works in conjunction with the Nurse Educator and is pivotal in the planning, managing and delivery of professional and clinical education, quality and research. The role provides support in management activities across various services within the HCC, including but not limited to student, new graduate planning and support, providing clinical leadership and direction ensuring quality standards are met.

The HCC operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week delivering confidential telephone assessment and information services to the people of Queensland. The HCC strives to educate and empower people to make informed choices about their health and health care, promoting better health through the delivery of evidence-based clinical practice.
