Clinical Head of Paediatrics - Occupational Therapy

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Clinical Head of Paediatrics - Occupational Therapy, you may choose to be based at any one of our 6 Sydney locations. You will be responsible for:
- Developing & implementing the Clinical & Professional Development Program.
- Training and mentorship of clinical team leaders and practitioner staff.
- Developing content for both internal and external CPD Program
- Maintain a 2 day per week clinical caseload.
- Regular weekly mentoring, support and supervision of Occupational Therapy staff, both remotely and face to face
- Driving key KPIS and providing support to staff to achieve this.
- Developing and implementing weekly, monthly and quarterly workshops
- Assist with the Performance review of Occupational therapy staff.
- Assist with the recruitment and induction of Occupational Therapy staff.
- Assist with development and implementation of strategies, processes and procedures.
- Implementing Quality Assurance standards across the team
- Work alongside other Head of Clinical Development disciplines' and have strategic input into the overall Company HCD program.
There is the flexibility to choose your homebase from any of our Sydney locations. Occasional travel to each facility may be required.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 6+ years' experience as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist
- Passionate about providing a quality service and contributing to the overall wellbeing of clients and achieving sustainable outcomes.
- Desire to invest in junior Occupational Therapy staff in helping with their clinical and career development and supporting the team.
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, clients and build rapport.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills and clear report writing skills.
- Experience in leading a team in
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Proven organisational and time management skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, this
- Current driver's license and own vehicle are essential.
