A privately Australian owned Consultancy is growing their team and is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Clinical Data Management team. This bespoke business provides a complete Clinical Data Management service with clients including hospitals, pharma, biotech and medical professionals from around the globe
Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities mentioned: * Leadership

• Serve as a representative and leader of the Biometrics team, showcasing expertise in the field.
• Establish and maintain key relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. This involves effective communication and collaboration to ensure a cohesive working environment.
• Project Management

• Manage biometrics activities for multiple trials concurrently.
• Oversee the entire life cycle of biometrics activities, from the commencement of a study to its completion.
• Ensure that studies are delivered on time, meeting deadlines set for each phase of the trials.
• Manage financial aspects, ensuring that projects are within budget constraints.
• Therapeutic Areas:

• Handle trials across various therapeutic areas, indicating a broad understanding of different medical fields.
• Demonstrate adaptability to work on studies with diverse requirements and challenges.
• Quality Assurance:

• Maintain high standards of quality in all biometrics activities, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Communication and Collaboration:
