What you'll be doing
The primary purpose of the Cancer Care Coordinator (CCC) is provide advanced and complex care coordination for people with cancer.
The role involves clinical advice and consultation, the development of patient management strategies, education initiatives, evaluation of the outcomes of the initiatives and participation in research.

Essential Criteria
Postgraduate nursing qualifications relevant to field or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the organisation.
Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA- Division 1
Selection Criteria
- Minimum five (5) years full time equivalent post registration experience with at least three (3) years’ experience in specialty field.
- Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and review of policy, procedure and guidelines
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary context.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and develop/maintain professional relationships and networks across multiple disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability and knowledge to utilise information technology effectively.
- Demonstrated skills in providing education for patients, carers and staff.
