National Clinical Lead - Positive Behaviour Support
Salary field: $120,000+(Dependent on Experience) + Superannuation
Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role as a leading example to our diverse team of clinicians and contribute to the achievement of our Vision, Values, Mission, business development and culture.

Key duties:
Maintain a moderate client load, experienced in conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments, developing interim and comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans. Experience in implementing these programs across a diverse range of issues, cultural backgrounds, and age groups.
Ability to mentor and coach others and facilitate workshops and training.
Support the team to reach their KPI's, goals and professional standards.
Collaborate closely with the Director, Operations Team and Team Leaders.
Provide input and guidance on leadership practices, clinical compliance, HR, workplace culture and business development.
Stay informed with compliance, professional practice standards and all relevant legislation and policies are adhered to.
Work with our multi disciplinary team to get the best outcomes for our clients.
Engage in strategic leadership in collaboration with the Executive team.
Skills & Experience:
You are passionate about building a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners that align with our vision.
5 years experience within Clinical Governance or Behavioural support in a leadership role.
To be endorsed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at Proficient or Advanced level.
Provide comprehensive clinical supervision to a team of clinicians, including graduates, core and proficient.
You must have excellent report writing skills.
You must have excellent time management skills.
Have excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise tasks and complete them efficiently.
Unrestricted Drivers Licence & access to a car for work.
WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, First Aid & CPR, NDIS E-modules (or willing to gain these prior to commencement).
Based in Sydney/Adelaide/Melbourne with solid internet access.
