As the Clinical Lead you will support the care and service team to ensure our residents are receiving excellent care.
$45.75 - $48.30 per hour plus penalties plus superannuation plus generous salary packaging available depending on experience
What you'll be doing
- Carrying out comprehensive nursing assessments for individuals and groups, and formulate care plans that provide optimal quality of life for the residents
- Coordinating and monitoring the planning, implementation and evaluation of service outcomes, liaising with the broader team on care needs
- Providing leadership and support to team members, assisting with orientation of new members, identifying learning needs and providing training and development.
- Participating in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiative
About you:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experience with Aged Care electronic care systems
- Sound understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation standards and AN-ACC processes
- Experience working with older people and their families or representatives
