An exciting opportunity has become available to join them in the position of Team Leader – Registered Nurse, leading a high performing care team whilst supporting clients in the community that require assistance. A passionate and caring personality is essential to ensure you can provide clients with the best possible care.
This is a permanent, full-time role, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As Team Leader, you will ensure a professional and ethical service is provided to clients. This will include supervising the home care support worker team and ensuring they are provided with clinical support and training throughout their employment.
Essential requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Degree qualification in nursing
- Experience working within Aged Care / Disability Care
- Ability to support the on call roster
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable, not essential)
- Work, Health and Safety knowledge
- NSW Police Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- A pre-employment medical may also be required if successful
