Grand Pacific Health is looking for a Clinical Lead that will have an integral role in the new Moruya Head to Health service. They will be providing important oversight for the coordination and delivery of services to support people that access support through Head to Health.
The ideal candidate will be someone with experience delivering clinical and/or psychosocial supports and has experience and interest in providing clinical support and guidance to a multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for an allied health clinician or Mental Health Nurse to develop their leadership and supervisory skills.
Head to Health provides a safe and welcoming place for people who may be in distress or crisis need support finding the right mental health service. The service takes a holistic and collaborative approach to care with a focus on a broad range of social, physical and emotional needs. Staffed by a multidisciplinary mental health team who provide immediate, short to medium-term support and service navigation.

About the position
The Moruya Head to HealthClinical Lead works collaboratively with the Service Manager, Moruya Head to Health, and Moruya Head to Health staff as well as external stakeholders to contribute to the development of person centred, recovery focussed, evidence-based and innovative clinical and psychosocial services that achieve high quality outcomes for consumers and their families and carers.
This is a part-time opportunity (30 hours a week, hours are negotiable) to 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension and reports to the Service Manager, Moruya Head to Health.

What you’ll need
We are looking for someone with:
1. Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, Mental Health Nurse or occupational therapist (accredited with OTA as meeting the Australian Competency Standards for occupational therapists in mental health), or accreditation with the AASW as a mental health social worker and meet eligibility for a Medicare provider number.
2. Demonstrated advanced level mental health clinical experience in mental health service delivery with demonstrated skills and experience in providing a range of holistic, recovery-oriented, evidence-based therapeutic services.
3. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication and consultation skills to work effectively with all stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated leadership and/or supervision experience of a multidisciplinary team, including the facilitation of clinical review, development of clinical pathways and oversight of clinical performance of team members (advantageous but not essential)
5. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
6. High level of computer literacy, including demonstrated experience with report writing, electronic client information management systems including data collection, monitoring, and performance reporting.
7. Current unrestricted drivers' licence and willingness to travel locally as part of this role
