About Your Role
As part of the Priority Populations Programs (PPP) the Clinical Leader position will ensure that the models of clinical service delivery are responsive to clients' needs within existing resources and are consistent with NSW Health Child Protection Policy.
The Clinical Leader position is responsible for the strategic leadership, clinical service provision and capacity building for the portfolio areas of Child Protection, the Child Wellbeing Coordinator (CWC) and the Out of Home Care Coordinator (OOHCC). The Clinical Leader is responsible for the operational management and clinical direction of the services, to ensure the provision and development of a range of high quality prevention, referral management, early support and treatment services for adults, children and young people who have experienced interpersonal violence, domestic violence, abuse or neglect.
The position will report to the PPP Manager and will participate as a senior member of the PPP Team. The Clinical Leader will work collaboratively with the PPP Manager in the implementation of policy and strategic direction and in responding to the needs and plans for the service within the District.
