At Shift, we help people to shift their health and their life. We're a team of 13 dedicated natural health practitioners and support team that work together for the best possible health outcomes for our clients.
This role is for a Clinical Naturopath who wants to help clients with complex, chronic and multifaceted health conditions.
Who are Shift?
We are a small company that is dedicated to deep and transformational healing for our clients. Naturopathy is such a valuable modality in healing and one that is not well known enough for our liking. At Shift, we believe every client that comes to us is an opportunity to provide unbelievably supportive health care and to help people resolve longstanding issues.
We do this with our unique natural health memberships - which can include naturopathy and also supportive therapies such as emotional wellness, acupuncture or nutritional coaching. We have a system proven to help “untreatable” patients and to get people with more complex issues across the line.
We are an award winning clinic who with leading Australian naturopath, author and host of The Shift Katherine Maslen as our leader. Katherine has conducted over 25,000 1-1 consultation and will be available for mentoring and support in this role.

Hours and remuneration
We are flexible for the right person - but we're looking for someone to commit to 4-5 shifts per week (5-6 hour shifts).
Remuneration is based on experience and your ability to help clients make the shift - how much support you will need and how quickly you become proficient in the shift ways.
This is a contractural role with a set rate per client and bonuses for hitting client milestones and targets.
