Responsibilities:
Join our team as a Building Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth operation of our managed communities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the central point of contact for residents, committee members, and strata.
- Skillfully liaising between different stakeholders to foster clear communication and address concerns effectively.
- Diligently monitoring and reporting on maintenance and repair tasks to ensure a well-maintained and safe environment for all.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Preferred previous experience in building management.
- Preferred previous handyman or trade skill experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to facilitate effective interaction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite to efficiently manage tasks and communications.
- A keen willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative mindset, being a team player who thrives in a cooperative setting.
