Clinical Nurse - 0.2 FTE - Permanent Part Time appointment

Clinical Nurse - 0.5 FTE - Fixed Term Part Time appointment until 30/06/2025 with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Position Profile: This position is responsible for the identification of health needs of the community and assists the Clinical Nurse Consultant Renal with the planning, implementation, evaluation and review of health programs. This role provides community health nursing care consistent with a primary health care philosophy.

The occupant of this position is required to demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling our organisational values, safety and quality improvement and the Code of Conduct in all aspects of their employment. Compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, standards and legislation including Confidentiality and Work Health and Safety policies is mandatory.

Area Profile: The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is the largest country health system in Australia and one of the biggest in the world, providing health services to approximately half a million people, including 45,000 Aboriginal people, over a vast two and a half million square kilometre area.
