Clinical Nurse Consultant- Nutrition

The Nutrition Clinical Nurse Consultant is a key role who works with the Clinical Nutrition Support team to provide comprehensive, appropriate and timely care to patients with a wide range of nutritional needs.
Your new role:
- Partner with patients, families and ward staff to deliver hands on training for enteral and parental nutrition
- Review outpatients through the use of face to face or vitual nurse led clinics
- Co-ordinate the nurse-led PEG clinic
- Provide clinical support to patients and clinical areas as needed
- You have 5 years + of acute hospital experience with a collaborative working style
- You have excellent communication skills and work well as part of a team
- You have the abilitity to work autonomosly as an Advanced Practice Nurse
- You have experience with clinical assessment of patients with complex nutritional needs

Selection Criteria Essential: Minimum of 5 Years Nursing Experience
Desirable: Post graduate qualification in acute medical, surgical or critical care nursing
