Form of workBe accountable at an advanced level for the coordination, assessment and management of consumers with mental health issues who access the Mental Health Service. The role is responsible for the provision of nursing leadership and specialist advice and consultation within the interprofessional team.
About the role
- Provide bio-psychosocial assessments, clinical formulation, mental state, risk assessments and brief interventions.
- Participate directly or indirectly in the delivery of clinical care and targeted brief intervention including drug and alcohol and other substances.
