About the role
Tweed Community & Allied Health have an eciting career opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC1) to join their Palliative Care team to provide an advanced level of clinical nursing support and advice for newly recruited clinical staff, to assist with the management of increased activity and variance in skill mix. Working with members of the Palliative Care nursing team across the inpatient and community settings, providing a consultative and liaison focussed service aimed at supporting GPs, Community Nurses and the Residential Aged Care Facilities in the assessment, care and management of patients with life limiting illnesses.
