About these Roles:
Full-time role within 18-bed unit with a varied case mix specialising in Head and Neck, Neurosurgery, Upper Gastrointestinal, Colorectal, Breast, Thoracic, Urology and Medical Oncology.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years recent clinical experience in critical care
- Post graduate qualification in Critical Care
- Understanding and experience in various teaching methodologies and ability to communicate with influence
- Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement strategies and implementation
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice
- Demonstrated experience in Clinical Education
- Well-developed computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems
- Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training or intentions to enrol (desirable)
- Experience in presenting to groups and training scenarios (desirable)
- Evidence of immunisations to comply with the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening & Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy for a Category A position
