In this role, you'll coordinate, deliver and evaluate clinical nursing education programs at a ward/service level. You'll provide clinical supervision in order to support the development of evidence-based, person-centered nursing care in line with relevant standards, policies and procedures.
If you have:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) and a post-graduate qualification in a specialty related to Emergency nursing and/or Education
- Experience working in Emergency Nursing in a range of roles and current FLECC accreditation
- Understanding of teaching and learning in the health care environment and adult learning principles including the design, delivery and evaluation of education programs
- Clinical teaching and facilitation skills, including knowledge of competency assessments and decision making frameworks
- Effective communication through the use of information technology, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
