This is a full-time permanent position (Monday-Friday) offering ample room for professional growth and development.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will be responsible for the ongoing support and development of the Nursing staff in the Medical Oncology/ Palliative Care Ward.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
You will bring to the high-performing surgical team:

• Current registration with the AHPRA;
• Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent;
• At least 3 years in medical oncology and/ or palliative;
• Post-graduate qualification (or working towards) in clinical teaching;
• Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer-focused;
• Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement;
• Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team;
• Passion for delivering quality patient-centred care.
