ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will be responsible for the ongoing support and development of the Nursing staff in the Medical Oncology/ Palliative Care Ward.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
You will bring to the high-performing surgical team:
- Current registration with the AHPRA;
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent;
- At least 3 years in medical oncology and/ or palliative;
- Post-graduate qualification (or working towards) in clinical teaching;
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer-focused;
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement;
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team;
- Passion for delivering quality patient-centred care.
