As a Clinical Nurse (Educator/Quality), you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of Vela St Vincent's Care Services Carina. This role has a strong focus on continuing quality improvement activities, educating staff and assisting in providing direct patient contact when required.

Things that work for us:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) essential
- A minimum of four years previous experience in aged care setting
- Advanced clinical skills and exercises extended autonomy of decision-making working closely with managers and other senior clinicians
- Experience as an educator or in quality improvement would be highly regarded
- A good understanding of the Aged Care Standards
- A strong understanding of Nursing and Care practices
- Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with all multidisciplinary team members
- Ability to work flexibly within the business
