Currently we are seeking a highly experienced and suitably qualified Clinical Nurse for this position at Hospital in The Home (HiTH). As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Clinical Nurse provides clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence-based nursing case is delivered to patients for the Hospital in The Home (HiTH) service. The Clinical Nurse also facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care. The Clinical Nurse practices within their scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board’s Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
This is a recruitment pool for permanent full time, permanent part time appointments.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 15/08/2025.
