Excellent resident to staff ratio and a role that would suit a Senior RN/Lead RN in Charge or a Clinical Nurse/Clinical Team Lead. This role provides fantastic onboarding and opportunities that can lead down many different career paths. Work with leaders in the home who will encourage and support your growth. Your clinical expertise alongside ensuring compliance with legislation and accreditation requirements, completing clinical data audits and coach and mentor staff whilst building positive relationships with residents and families.
- AM Shift 7.00am - 15.06pm
- PM Shift 14.24pm - 22.30pm
- Week 1 - Tuesday, Wednesday AM, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday PM
- Week 2 - Monday PM or Tuesday AM + Wednesday AM and Friday PM
The Successful Candidate:
- CCC experience or suit a Senior RN/Lead RN in Charge or Clinical Nurse
- Current AHPRA registration and clinical experience in aged care working in a residential setting
- Lead, train and mentor staff in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of AN-ACC and resident care
- Coordinate and oversee audits, clinical indicators and ensure best practice
- Current Influenza and COVID vaccinations
