About the Role: Join our team as the Clinical Care Manager of our 94-bed aged care facility in Kingaroy, QLD. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing healthcare services, coordinating care plans, managing medication, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for our residents while supporting and promoting staff well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise healthcare services to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Coordinate individual care plans and monitor their implementation.
- Manage medication administration in compliance with protocols and regulations.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing and care staff.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.
- Previous experience in clinical management or leadership within aged care.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively in a team.
- Eligibility for sponsorship under the 482 or 186 visa program (if required) - must be located in Australia
