We're seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Manager to join our team at a respected 94-bed aged care home in Kingaroy, QLD. Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll oversee healthcare services, manage care plans, administer medication, and ensure regulatory compliance. Your role will be instrumental in creating a secure and nurturing environment for our residents while supporting staff well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise healthcare services to ensure exceptional care delivery.
• Coordinate individual care plans and monitor implementation.
• Manage medication administration, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing and care staff.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and professional development.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.
• Previous experience in clinical management within aged care.

• Eligibility for sponsorship under the 482 or 186 visa program (if required).
