About the OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Manager to join the Maternity and Newborn Unit!
This is a rewarding and interesting role where you will:
- Provide clinical leadership, expertise and consultancy to nursing, medical and allied health care professionals, and providers in the areas of Maternity & Newborn nursing.
- Ensures nursing services are provided in a manner which are culturally appropriate to people of indigenous and other culturally diverse backgrounds.
- Responsible, in conjunction with Clinical Nurses and Staff Development Unit, for identifying the educational needs of the nursing team and individuals and arranges/provides education and training as necessary.
