About the Position: Are you a driven healthcare professional seeking a new challenge? We're in search of a seasoned Senior Care Manager to join our esteemed 94-bed aged care facility in Kingaroy, QLD. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing healthcare services, developing care plans, managing medication administration, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Your role will be pivotal in creating a supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise healthcare services to ensure top-notch care delivery.
- Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
- Manage medication administration, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing and care staff.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and facilitate professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with active AHPRA registration.
- Previous experience in senior management within aged care.
- Strong grasp of aged care regulations and standards.

- Ability to effectively manage priorities and foster teamwork.
- Eligibility for sponsorship under the 482 or 186 visa program (if applicable).
