The exciting opportunity:
- Full clinical responsibility of a 50 bed facility, ensuring compliance with legislation and accreditation requirements
- Manage and lead a team of clinical staff; providing clear direction, education and mentoring to create a culture where staff embrace job ownership
- Conduct audits and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Design, implement and review quality initiatives so best practice care is delivered
- Develop positive relationships with residents and families to create client directed care outcomes, and investigate and respond to feedback and complaints

- Must have a degree as a Registered Nurse and registration with AHPRA
- Proven track record as a Clinical Manager within residential aged care
- A compassionate manager who is able to implement change, provide coaching and mentoring, improve culture and increase staff accountability
- Must have strong knowledge of clinical governance and a demonstrated ability helping facilities meet the aged care standards
- Calm, compassionate and personable with an evident passion for delivering quality care
