The opportunity:
- Choice of contract (minimum 3 months) or permanent
- Report into the Clinical Services Manager at a stand-alone 100 bed aged care facility
- Lead the provision and planning of clinical care for residents
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and create and review care plans
- Orientate new residents and families into the facility, setting expectations and explaining resident choice and dignity of risk
- Provide direction, guidance, support and education a team of Nurses and Carers
- Contribute to education delivery helping staff to develop their skills and excel in their work
- Help to undertake audits and implement and review action plans, supporting a culture of continuous improvement
- Choice of contract or permanent - enjoy the beaches and relaxed lifestyle for a few months or experience living in the town before moving permanently
- Great opportunity for a Senior Registered Nurse seeking progression into a Clinical Nurse role
- Receive support, guidance and mentoring from a passionate and experience Clinical Care Manager

- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is essential

- Excellent understanding of the aged care legislation with a proven track record leading a facility through accreditation
- An eager leader who enjoys mentoring, nurturing and upskilling staff
