About the role
We have an opportunity for a Clinical Nurse to join our Community and Home Support team on a permanent full-time basis. Community experience preferable but not essential and will need a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Nurse. The community nursing teamwork between the hours of 8.30 and 4.30 and we are flexible to start and finish times. No shift work required allowing a better work life balance.
The successful candidate will conduct clinical assessments, plan, and deliver interventions and deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care to our clients.
About you
You’ll have a passion for providing person-centred care to clients while also having:
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing
- Registration with AHPRA
- Proven leadership skills
- Demonstrated skills in planning and coordinating services
- Demonstrated experience in management and implementation of new services
- Knowledge of community aged care programs
- The ability to utilise initiative and work independently, while also collaborating with the team
- Drivers Licence
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
